Proposal guidelines and format

Once R&D suppliers have registered with the PEA abstract proposals may be submitted. You may be directed to this page following a call for R&D abstracts for the PEA R&D meetings or for one of the technology forums.

R&D abstracts should be no more than one page of A4 and must be submitted electronically - most file formats are accepted.

R&D abstract submission is via email to Annie.Hairsine@OTMnet.com. One page abstracts submitted to the PEA need to contain the following details:

• Organization name
• Contact name
• Contact details
• Title of project
• Project:
• Objectives
• Deliverables
• Work scope
• Timescale
• Cost of project
• Current sponsors / partners
• Number of sponsors required

On submission, your abstract will be acknowledged by the secretariat and evaluated by the PEA committee. Organizations will be notified of those projects selected for presentation to the PEA members.

Presentations are given in the presence of other technology suppliers who are also presenting on the day, therefore all material is considered non confidential.

Each accepted proposal is assigned a unique PEA number. Following the meeting, PEA members have access to all project details (including presentations files) for future reference; operator members may contact R&D suppliers if interested in the research proposed. All presenters will receive feedback on their presentation.
